Which vehicle do I need for my group?
Match the vehicle to whichever is higher, your passenger count or your case count. Four people with two cases fit an executive sedan; four people with four cases need an estate. Six or more passengers need an MPV or eight seater. If you are unsure, enter the journey in the quote form and only the vehicles that genuinely fit your party are shown.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
An executive sedan takes two large suitcases plus two cabin bags, an estate takes four large cases, a six-seat MPV takes six and an eight seater takes eight. Business class and luxury saloons carry two large cases because the boot is shallower than an estate of the same length.
What is the difference between an executive sedan and business class?
Capacity is similar; the difference is the vehicle and the driver. An executive sedan is a standard hybrid or saloon and covers most airport transfers perfectly well. Business class means a Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series or similar with a leather interior, a suited driver and bottled water — the usual choice when the passenger is a client.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge on every vehicle. Tell us the ages of the children when you book and the correct infant carrier, child seat or booster is fitted before the vehicle arrives. There is no charge and no limit on how many you need within the vehicle’s capacity.
Can you carry skis, golf clubs or oversized items?
Yes, but tell us in advance so we send the right vehicle. Skis and golf clubs usually need an estate or larger even for two passengers, because they take the space of an extra case. Add the detail in the booking notes and we size the vehicle around it.
How old are your vehicles?
Every vehicle on the fleet is under five years old, fully insured for private hire and licensed by the local authority. Vehicles are cleaned between jobs and inspected on a regular maintenance schedule rather than only at MOT.
Can I request a specific vehicle or model?
You can request one, and for business class and luxury saloon bookings we confirm the model in advance. On standard categories we quote the class rather than a specific model, so you may receive any vehicle that meets that category’s passenger, luggage and comfort standard.
Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
We can arrange a wheelchair accessible vehicle with notice. Tell us when you book — including whether the chair folds and roughly its dimensions — and dispatch will confirm availability for your date before you pay anything.
What if my group is larger than eight?
We dispatch multiple vehicles together so the whole party arrives at the same time rather than in waves. Groups of up to sixteen are routine. Enter the full passenger count in the quote form and the pricing covers every vehicle needed.
Is the price different for each vehicle?
Yes. Each category has its own fixed fare for the same route, shown side by side at step two of booking so you can compare before choosing. Whichever you pick, that price is per vehicle rather than per person and does not change on the day.
