Terms & Conditions

The terms governing every Boeing Taxi UK booking — fares and payment, cancellations and changes, waiting time, our obligations and yours, liability and complaints.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Boeing Taxi Ltd. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Service

Boeing Taxi Ltd. is a private hire operator based in Luton, England, providing pre-booked airport transfers and private hire journeys across the UK.

Our services are subject to driver, vehicle, road, weather, airport, and operational availability.

2. Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, by telephone, or through another booking channel made available by Boeing Taxi Ltd.

When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Passenger name

  • Pick-up address

  • Destination

  • Date and time

  • Airport and terminal

  • Flight number, where applicable

  • Number of passengers

  • Number of bags

  • Child-seat requirements

  • Contact details

A booking is confirmed only when Boeing Taxi Ltd. has accepted the booking and provided confirmation.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and notify us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

3. Fixed Prices

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the fare confirmed at the time of booking is the fixed price for the journey.

Our quoted fare may include:

  • Driver service

  • Vehicle

  • Airport parking

  • Applicable tolls

  • Meet and greet

  • Up to 45 minutes of free waiting time for airport arrivals

Additional charges may apply where the passenger requests changes or services outside the original booking.

4. Flight Delays

For airport collections, passengers should provide their correct flight number where flight tracking is available.

We may monitor the flight and adjust the collection time based on the actual landing time.

For airport arrivals, the free waiting period begins from the aircraft’s actual touchdown time.

A delay to the flight itself will not normally result in an additional waiting charge, provided the correct flight information was supplied.

5. Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, up to 45 minutes of waiting time is included from the actual touchdown time.

After the included waiting period has expired, additional waiting charges may apply.

For non-airport collections, the agreed collection time will apply and additional waiting may be charged if the passenger is not ready.

If we cannot contact the passenger after a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

6. Meet & Greet

Where meet and greet is included, the driver will normally wait inside the relevant arrivals area with a name board or other agreed identification.

Passengers should follow the meeting instructions provided with their booking.

Airport security and operational restrictions may occasionally require the driver to use an alternative meeting point.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Be ready at the agreed collection time

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Provide a working contact number

  • Follow reasonable instructions from the driver

  • Wear seat belts where provided

  • Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully

  • Ensure children are properly secured

  • Inform us in advance about unusual luggage or special requirements

Passengers must not engage in threatening, abusive, illegal, or dangerous behaviour.

Boeing Taxi Ltd. may refuse or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour creates a safety risk.

8. Luggage

Passengers must provide accurate information about the amount and type of luggage they intend to carry.

Luggage must fit safely within the vehicle’s available luggage capacity.

The driver may refuse luggage that cannot be safely transported.

Large, unusual, oversized, sporting, commercial, or specialist equipment should be declared when booking.

9. Vehicle Selection

We will provide the vehicle category selected or an appropriate equivalent.

The exact make and model of the vehicle cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational circumstances, we may provide a suitable alternative vehicle.

10. Child Seats

Child seats may be available on request and, where offered, should be requested at the time of booking.

Passengers must provide the relevant child’s age or required seat type so that an appropriate seat can be arranged.

Availability of specific child-seat types should be confirmed before travel.

11. Changes to a Booking

Passengers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change:

  • Pick-up location

  • Destination

  • Date

  • Time

  • Flight details

  • Number of passengers

  • Vehicle requirements

Changes are subject to availability and may affect the agreed fare.

A new quote may be required where the requested change materially alters the journey.

12. Cancellation

Unless different cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking, bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled collection time.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before collection may be subject to a cancellation charge.

No-show bookings may be charged in full.

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.

13. No-Show

A passenger may be considered a no-show where:

  • They do not arrive at the agreed collection point

  • They cannot be contacted using the details supplied

  • They fail to follow the agreed meeting instructions

  • They leave the airport or collection area without informing us

For airport arrivals, the applicable waiting period will normally be allowed before a no-show decision is made.

14. Payment

Payment may be made by the payment methods offered at the time of booking, which may include card or cash.

Where payment is required in advance, the booking may not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Passengers paying in cash should have the correct or reasonably close amount available.

15. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply where caused by circumstances outside the original booking, including:

  • Additional waiting beyond the included waiting period

  • Additional stops requested after booking

  • Significant changes to the journey

  • Excessive or undeclared luggage

  • Cleaning required due to passenger actions

  • Damage to the vehicle

  • Unauthorised additional passengers

Any additional charges will be explained where reasonably possible.

16. Journey Times

Journey times displayed on the website are estimates only.

Actual travel times may be affected by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, airport congestion, public events, or other circumstances outside our control.

We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time at the destination.

Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time when making onward travel arrangements.

17. Driver and Vehicle Details

Where available, passengers may receive the driver’s name, telephone number, and vehicle registration before collection.

Driver and vehicle details may occasionally change due to operational circumstances.

If details change, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

18. Lost Property

If you leave personal belongings in a vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

Any costs associated with returning lost property may be payable by the passenger.

19. Damage and Cleaning

Passengers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their group, except where the damage results from normal use.

Additional cleaning charges may apply where the vehicle requires specialist cleaning due to passenger actions, including vomiting, spills, excessive dirt, or other contamination.

20. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles.

Passengers may be charged for specialist cleaning where this rule is breached.

21. Animals

Assistance dogs will be accommodated in accordance with applicable law.

Other animals may only be carried where agreed in advance and where appropriate transportation arrangements can be made.

22. Service Disruption and Events Outside Our Control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide your booked service.

However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic incidents

  • Road closures

  • Vehicle breakdowns

  • Airport restrictions

  • Industrial action

  • Public disorder

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Security incidents

  • Major technical failures

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle or service.

23. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your journey, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your booking details and a description of the issue so that we can investigate it.

We aim to handle complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.
